Space for yourself

When did you last make room for yourself?

You carry responsibility. Make decisions. Show up for others. Somewhere between meetings, expectations and the next big task, a question remains: How do I actually want to lead – and live?

This weekend makes space for that question. Through movement, reflection, conversation, humour and excellent food. As the year draws to a close, pause, find your bearings and lead from what is possible.

For people who want to rethink leadership.

For leaders, entrepreneurs and people with responsibility who want to lead with clarity, embodied awareness and strong relationships. All genders are welcome, on your own or as a couple. No previous experience is needed.

What we make space for:

  • Notice what gives you energy – and what pulls you off balance in everyday life.
  • Explore your values, your sense of purpose and what a good life means to you.
  • Find fresh perspectives on the decisions ahead.
  • Take ideas for movement, regeneration and conscious leadership back into daily life.

Our approach

Three dimensions. One whole person.

Future Skills Farming, embodiment and the questions of meaning explored in “Die Sinnsucherin” come together. Because thinking, feeling and acting shape one another.

01

Body

Come back to yourself.

Gentle movement and embodiment invite you to notice tension, explore familiar patterns and experience new possibilities through the body. Leadership also begins with how you relate to yourself.

02

Heart

Know what matters to you.

We connect the questions of meaning in “Die Sinnsucherin” with your values, hopes and relationships. Explore how success and a good life can belong together on your own terms.

03

Brain

See tomorrow more clearly.

Neuro-mental exercises and Brain Integration create space for reflection, distance and fresh perspectives. Drawing on Future Skills Farming, you explore bold, wise decisions with the future in mind.

“Take a deep breath. And begin.”
